_considerations: Maximising personal external space for each villa whilst creating an external communal area.

_response: Each modern villa has first floor terracing to take-in each individual view, with a huge rooftop terrace with panoramic views, canopied for protection from the sun. Bold architectural detailing and glazed terrace walls add to the modernity.
