Construction Service

Once we have received the completed architectural plans from the client we begin by compiling a quote for the entire project.

Once the quote has been approved by the client, we then draw up a planning schedule with approximate construction time and phases of construction.

During the construction of your property, we can keep you up-to-date with the construction progress by sending you regular photo updates and reports throughout the construction period. We keep regular contact with our clients throughout the entire process, making sure our service is as transparent as possible.

Our construction service can account for any changes that the client might want during the course of the project. These may be anything from small alterations to larger, more complex ones. The original quote, as well as the construction timeline, will be adjusted to include these changes.

Upon completion of the construction project, our team of finishers will finish the property to a high standard, which will be thoroughly checked by our quality control manager. Once he is satisfied, the client will be handed the keys to their completed property.
