_brief: A very contemporary feel, capturing natural light.
_considerations: The plot is on a plateau with very limited views from one side. The swimming pool had to be usable throughout the year.
_response: The villa was designed with interest towards the front by incorporating a water wall by the entrance door. The curve façade invites one to enter the villa whereupon the whole of the rear sea view is immediately apparent through the extensive use of glazing. The swimming pool is partly covered thus allowing for cooler climate use.
