_brief: A villa of minimalist design that captures generous amounts of natural light.

_considerations: To take advantage of north and south facing views.

_response: The villa uses considerable amounts of smart-glass to maximise the views but provide protection from the sun due to the exposed position of the villa. We designed an angular building of 2 floors to capture the most of the views, with a garage carved into the hillside to add extra space to the overall build size.
