_brief: A large water villa design in an exclusive development overlooking the sea.  The design needed to take the site into consideration and maximize the great views as well as affording privacy.

_considerations: We worked on a design that would protect the pool courtyard on 2 sides while opening up to the views over the sea on the other side. The villa is designed to incorporate every luxury add-on that its owner would expect.

_response: The individual pavilions as they are perceived, make the villa not seem as overwhelming in terms of volume. The second floor is treated completely differently, also allowing the pieces to be perceived independently and not as one huge volume. The glass is designed to respond to each individual view and is reduced for privacy where needed.
