_brief: A loft style development with modern lifestyle amenities.

_considerations: We considered the notion that people appreciate and come to Phuket to have villa style living arrangements, even when in a condo unit. We thought of the concept as a set of stacked modern Thai villas each with their garden at their own level and an infinity view.

_response: Our design interlocks volumes to create each unique unit with interesting spaces created by the geometry of the volumes interlocking. The waterfalls and gardens created allow for nice exterior spaces in the sky. Because the landscape changes so much from level to level changing the optimum direction of the views, each volume responds to the view by rotating at its own level allowing for each loft to have a unique shape and experience.
