_brief: To retain as much garden area as possible and maximize views of the golf course to one side and the sea to the other. Very contemporary feel.
_considerations: In order to maintain garden space we had to consider how to flood the villa with light if we were to build three levels, which was necessary to get as much floor space as required by the client.
_response: A series of cubes mounting in size incorporating outside space to each level and with huge windows to take in the views from every angle. The swimming pool is infinity at one end with a glazed wall to allow viewing from the ground floor entertainment room.
